Have you ever wanted to make the right decision so badly…that you didn’t make any decision at all?
We’ve all been there. Frozen by fear. Paralyzed by possibilities. Trying so hard to be “wise” that we forget wisdom isn’t about perfection — it’s about peace.
💡 Wisdom ≠ Overthinking
Somewhere along the line, many of us started confusing wisdom with overanalyzing. We tell ourselves:
What if I get it wrong?
What if I miss God’s will?
What if this isn’t the “perfect” choice?
But that’s not wisdom — that’s fear wearing a mask.
Wisdom from God brings clarity, not chaos. It brings light, not pressure. And it invites us to move forward, even if we’re still unsure.
🌿 God's Wisdom Makes Room for Grace
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding…”— Proverbs 3:5 (NIV)
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. You don’t have to be 100% certain before you move. You just have to trust the One who holds the next step.
The more we release the pressure to be perfect, the more room we give God to speak, guide, and lead us gently.
✍️ A Gentle Reminder
If you’re overthinking a decision right now, pause. Ask: "Am I seeking peace, or am I chasing perfection?”
Wisdom walks hand-in-hand with grace. And grace says, "You don’t have to be flawless. You just have to be faithful.”
