Finding Hope When Life Feels Stuck

Waiting is hard. But hope thrives in the waiting.

Romans 12:12 invites us to a posture that feels impossible: "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. "This isn’t passive waiting. It’s anchored hope.

When life feels stuck—between diagnosis and healing, prayer and breakthrough, longing and fulfillment—God is still at work. Hope doesn’t mean ignoring the pain. It means trusting that joy will come while you wait.

This week’s devotional will help you find joy, even in the stillness. [Download Week 3 of Anchored in Hope]

I read the post about finding hope when life feels stuck and it reminded me that small steps and gentle patience can help you see light even in hard times. Last semester when I felt overwhelmed by confusing lessons I used easy associate level course help because I needed extra support to finish assignments and understand ideas before deadlines. That taught me that steady effort and calm support make challenges feel less heavy.
